遠端支援 (TeamViewer)

客戶參加了我們全年支援計劃後,可以下載遠端連結 TeamViewer QuickSupport,只要提供用戶編號及密碼,我們便可透過遠端登入,提供所需協助。

按以下連結,下載TeamViewer QuickSupport 軟件到桌面: 

Windows 版: TeamViewerQS_WIN

MAC 版: TeamViewerQS_MAC

 

 

1) 選擇「執行」

2) 開啟後出現 "您的ID" 和 "密碼"。只需把ID及密碼告知同樣裝有TeamViewer的對方,對方可以登入您桌面進行支援 (TeamViewer 每次產生不同密碼,以確保安全)。

3) 為方便往後開啟,可建立TeamViewer QuickSupport 標籤於桌面。登入C:\\Downloads\TeamViewerQS.exe,按滑鼠右鍵,選擇"傳送到">> "桌面(建立捷徑)"

4) 桌面出現以下標籤

檔案上載 FTP

客戶請按此 FTP 連結,按[檔案上載步驟],把檔案上載給我們。

 

1) 輸入用戶名稱及密碼 (由本公司另外提供),按 "Login"

2) 按"選擇檔案",然後選擇上載檔案,按"上載"

3) 填寫送至的電郵地址(例 Email住址會使用灌水程式保護機制。你需要啟動Javascript才能觀看它)及電郵主旨。按"complete upload" 進行上載

4) 系統會自動把資料檔下載連結傳送至對方電郵

a. Handling MYOB Application Enquiry

When facing problem in MYOB data entry, customer can call our service hotline.  We will provide support via phone or remote access to customer's system.

Service hours: Mon-Fri (10am-1pm; 2-6pm) exclude public holidays

 

b. Technical Support: Resolving Datafile Error or System malfunction

Casued by failure in mis-entries, computer/network connection or misuse of MYOB system, MYOB datafile may display error or system is not running properly.   We will investigate the datafile or the system to propose solution.

 

c. Discount off for MYOB Upgrade & Training

 

Yearly Fee: HK$ 2,999

Service Include:

  • Unlimited Phone Call
  • Unlimited Remote Support
  • Technical Support: 4 cases (each recovery of corrupted datafile or onsite support will be counted as 2 cases)
